2 ½ lbs ground beef In a skillet, sauté onions in olive oil until soft. Add in ground beef, lightly brown. Season with garlic and chili powders. Cook until done. In large 6-8 quart pot, empty cans of tomatoes, sauce, paste, chili beans, pinto beans and kidney beans. Stir together. Add cooked meat and onions. Lightly season with Spike. Mix. Simmer for 3-5 hours. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream. Serves 6-8. Spike seasoning is a special blend of 39 herbs, vegetables and exotic spices and a bit of sea salt.
