My Chocolate Fix cake
1 box of fudge chocolate cake mix
1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs- beaten
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups of miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl,mix together, cake mix,
pudding mix, sour cream, oil, eggs and water. Slowly stir in
chocolate chips and pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 50-55
minutes until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake
throughly in pan for 1 hour before removing.
Optional toppings:
-Sprinkled powdered sugar
-Drizzled melted chocolate
(carefully melt baking chocolate on stove)
-Fresh whipped cream (recipe for homemade below)
Fresh Whipped Cream - so much better when you make your own. It is best to whip cream right before using, only takes a few minutes.

Put whipping cream in a glass or ceramic mixing bowl (something that you can also use as a serving bowl) Add Sugar to taste. Beat on high until mixture is fluffy and cream holds a shape.
