Fresh Whipped Cream

Store bought, in the can, whipped cream is always a good solution. However, don't be surprised if once you make your own, you never go back. It's best to whip cream right before using. It only takes a few minutes.

Put whipping cream in a glass or ceramic mixing bowl (something that you can also use as a serving bowl) Add Sugar to taste. Beat on high until mixture is fluffy and cream holds a shape. Add a dollop to each dessert. If you don’t have too many kids that will stick there fingers in the whipped cream, put bowl on table with a few extra spoons. Guests can put a spoonful in their coffee
