Easy Chicken Soup
4 chicken boneless breasls
2 - 3 carrols
2 medium potatoes
5-6 cups water
Salt
Pepper
Dried cumin
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Place chicken breasls in a large pot and cover with water. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Remove chicken from pot and set aside.
Dice the potatoes, slice the carrots and add them to the pot. Season to taste with cumin, salt and pepper. Cool until vegetables are tender.
Cut chicken into bite-slzed pieces and return to the pot. Heat and serve. Garnish with cilantro. |
