Dessert Nachos

Large flour tortillas
Caramel sauce
½ cinnamon-sugar mix (1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon)
Whipped cream
Vanilla ice cream
Hot fudge
maraschino cherries w/stems

Cut flour tortillas into triangle pieces.  Fry in oil for one minute.  Place ‘chips’ in mixing bowl and coat well with cinnamon mixture.  Place the ice cream in scoops in a bowl. Place the bowl in the middle of a large plate. Place the chips around the bowl.  Pour hot fudge over the ice cream and chips in one direction and follow it up with the caramel sauce in another direction.  Top with cherries.
