Grace's Orange Glazed Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Makes a great gift!!!!

3 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 16 oz. can of whole berry cranberry sauce
1 16 oz. can of solid pack pumpkin
¾ chopped pecans (optional)
2/3 cup Vegetable oil
4 eggs

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup undiluted orange juice concentrate
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt and baking powder.   In a second bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, pumpkin, nuts, oil and eggs.  Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture and stir till well moistened.  Pour into two greased loaf pans (9 ¼ x 5 ¼ x 2)  Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or until toothpick in the middle comes out clean.  Cool in pans then move to cooling racks.

Mix glaze ingredients in a a small bowl with fork until smooth.  Drizzle over cooled bread.
