1 onion, chopped Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and pepper and saute until onion is translucent. Add diced potato and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk and creamed corn. If necessary, thin with water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 15-20 minutes and serve. |
