Getting Started with Oils:

What'll you need:

Base or Carrier Oil ( of your choosing). Most essential oils are too strong to apply directly to your skin so they need to be diluted with your favorite base oil.
Suggested : sweet almond, jojoba, olive
If you are Allergic to Nuts then use: canola oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil

Bonus fact -- Carrier oils act as a moisture barrier, locking in moisture in skin, and keeping the essential oils on skin surface longer

Essential Oils - (any of a class of volatile oils obtained from plants, possessing the odor and other characteristic properties of the plant) for health and safety, use essential oils labeled “Pure” or “100% Pure".

You can purchase Oils at most Health food stores or online at a variety of places
