Kid-Friendly Chili

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 small can diced green chilis
2 cans pinto or kidney beans (or both)
chili powder to taste

Brown ground beef in deep skillet or large saucepan. Drain and return to pot. Stir in both cans of soup, the can of chilis and the beans. Simmer 10-15 minutes until flavors blend. Season to taste with chili powder, salt and pepper.

Serve with hot corn bread or crackers.
