Hot Fudge Cake

1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
7 tablespoons cocoa, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cups boiling water

Red Sprinkles

Combine flour, sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, butter,and vanilla until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 9"square pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa and sprinkle even over top. Pour hot water on top. DO NOT STIR. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and or whipped cream. Decorate with red sprinkles.

Fresh Whipped Cream - so much better when you make your own. It is best to whip cream right before using, only takes a few minutes.

Heavy Whipping Cream

Put whipping cream in a glass or ceramic mixing bowl (something that you can also use as a serving bowl) Add Sugar to taste. Beat on high until mixture is fluffy and cream holds a shape.
